This certification means that our marathon may be used as a qualifier to international marathons<\/strong>. The certified routes include our four (4) race categories covering 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km.<\/p>\n

We are also proud to announce that 3rd<\/sup> BTC Francistown Marathon is an official Comrades Marathon Qualifier<\/strong>. Athletes and interested participants are further informed that plans are underway to register our marathon for other international marathons to offer participating athletes an opportunity to compete on international stages.<\/p>\n

We encourage athletes to continue to register and pay to take part in this marathon. Register for the marathon through BTC Smega<\/strong> by dialing *180#\u00a0<\/strong>and choosing option 8\u00a0<\/strong>or by walking into your nearest BTC Store<\/strong> as well as visiting www.btc.bw\/btc-francistown-marathon\/registration-form\/<\/a><\/p>\n
