REPORTS TO: Head of Network Operations

• Manage, coordinate & communicate all changes in BTC network.

• To monitor and Produce regular reports on network performance against service level agreements, regulatory agreements, and internal performance targets.

• Review maintenance plans of all operations groups (mobile, core fixed, access, power and air conditioning, IT/IS) to adhere to changing service level requirements.

• Authorize all planned network maintenance schedules to ensure there minimum impact on revenues and customers.

• Support the Head of Network Operations in developing a business strategy plan by providing professional inputs and advice relating to network performance.

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT or equivalent.

• Six (6) years’ professional experience in the telecommunications sphere.
• Two (2) years’ experience of managing a Network Management Centre or similar environment preferred.

• ERB complaint.
• ITIL and Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage (BIE, IEEE).
