The Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited Staff Pension Fund (BTCLSPF) invites Companies/ Firms to present a tender for the provision of Asset Consluting Services.

1. Tender documents containing details of the requirements are available from the following address: – BTCStaffPension@btc.bw

2. Tenders must be structured in the same way as detailed in the document.

3. Telegraphic telephone and facsimile tender submissions will not be considered.

4. Notwithstanding anything contained above and in the tender document, the Client is not boundto accept the lowest or any tender nor to incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.

5. Technical Proposal shall be labelled “Original Technical Proposal: Tender for provision of Asset Consulting Services – BTCLSPF 11/ 2024” and “Original Financial Proposal: Tender for provision of Asset Consulting Services – BTCLSPF 11/ 024”. All Tender Proposals shall be emailed as a zip folder and password protected to the following address:

6. The Tenderer shall submit the Technical and Financial Proposal not later than 12 noon on 09 December 2024 to BTCStaffPension@btc.bw

7. A non-refundable deposit of P2500.00 will be required upon collection of the Tender documents and all such payments shall be made payable to the Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited Staff Pension Fund.
