REPORTS TO:<\/strong> Head of Sales (Corporate Accounts \/ Government)<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Seek out new business opportunities for BTC clients while advising them on solutions that best fit their needs.
\n\u2022 Ensure organic and inorganic growth in the BTC client base and revenue.
\n\u2022 Work with Sales Engineer and other Stakeholders to design technical solutions for Customers within portfolio to drive sales
\n\u2022 Responsible for Customer retention and business growth within account portfolio.
\n\u2022 Develop an effective relationship of trust with allocated accounts ensuring that BTC is seen as the communications supplier of choice.
\n\u2022 Design, negotiate, lead the development of Customer contracts and manage Customer contracts during the contract lifecycle.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree in Business Administration\/Business Management\/Information Systems\/ICT or equivalent.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 5 years\u2019 account management experience in a successful company of an emerging market environment.
\n\u2022 Experience in fixed-mobile convergence and on the sale of communications solutions to corporate Customers is an added advantage.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP).
\n\u2022 Membership of a relevant professional association will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
