\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Develop robust sales processes and sales governance to create an efficient sales capabilityand to manage risk.
\n\u2022 Manage the formulation of business plans, operating plans, budgets and ensure continuousimprovement for service and human capital to meet set targets for the Sales CorporateDepartment.
\n\u2022 Build and maintain strategic, profitable and lasting Customer relationships<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
\n\u2022 Masters\u2019 Degree will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Nine (9) years\u2019 sales experience in a successful company of an emerging market environment.
\n\u2022 Three (3) years\u2019 experience of fixed-mobile convergence strategies and\/or the sale of bundled communications solutions to Government Customers.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP).
\n\u2022 Membership of a relevant professional association will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
