REPORTS TO: General Manager \u2013 Consumer Sales<\/strong> – Develop and implement the MFS strategy aligned with BTC\u2019s digital vision and market trends. QUALIFICATION<\/strong> Professional certifications in any of the following are highly desirable:<\/strong> EXPERIENCE<\/strong> KEY COMPETENCIES<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n– Drive customer acquisition, usage, and retention through innovative MFS products and services.
\n– Lead cross-functional teams in launching and scaling digital wallets, mobile banking, payments, and related Fintech solutions.
\n– Identify and execute partnerships with banks, Fintechs, merchants, and regulators to expand the MFS ecosystem.
\n– Ensure full regulatory compliance with financial, risk, and data protection standards.
\n– Monitor performance metrics, develop pricing strategies, and lead revenue growth initiatives.<\/p>\n
\n– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, Finance, or related field.
\n– A Master\u2019s Degree is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
\n– Certified FinTech Professional (CFtP)
\n– Digital Financial Services (DFS) Certification
\n– ACIB or equivalent professional banking certification
\n– Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
\n– Project Management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2)<\/p>\n
\n– In-depth knowledge of mobile money ecosystems, financial regulations, and digital payment platforms.
\n– Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
\n– Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
\n– Experience with product innovation, customer experience management, and agile methodologies.
\n– Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.<\/p>\n
\n– Minimum of 9 years\u2019 experience in marketing, financial services, or telecommunications.
\n– At least 5 years\u2019 experience in a leadership role within mobile money, payments, or digital banking services, managing business products, especially in emerging markets.<\/p>\n
