REPORTS TO: Core Network Manager<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Responsible for the operation and maintenance of a high-quality service of core networks for voice and data services, always ensuring high performance on all systems to meet customer satisfaction targets.
\n– Lead the team in core network operations, planning, review, and modernizing the network.
\n– Provide effective technical support to SV Core Engineers, assistant engineers, and technicians.
\n– Continually provide quality improvements within the voice & data units\u2019 core operations.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION<\/strong>
\n– Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
\n– Specialised training in Telecommunications.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n– Six (6) years of experience in maintaining Core switching units, two (2) years of which should be as Senior Engineer.<\/p>\n

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n– ERB Compliant.
\n– Membership of a professional association will be an added advantage (BIE, IEEE, etc)<\/p>\n
