{"id":49541,"date":"2025-10-23T13:02:15","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T11:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/btc.bw\/company\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=49541"},"modified":"2025-10-23T13:49:35","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T11:49:35","slug":"business-intelligence-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/btc.bw\/company\/careers\/business-intelligence-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>REPORTS TO: Head of Business Intelligence &amp; CVM<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Oversee the development and management of BTC\u2019s business intelligence and analytics platforms.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive data-driven decision making through accurate and timely business reporting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored dashboards and insights.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead a team of analysts to ensure consistent data standards and governance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support strategic planning and forecasting with predictive and historical data trends<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 6 years in business intelligence, data analytics or data science environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven leadership in managing BI tools and cross-functional projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Certification in Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar will be advantageous.<br \/>\n\u2022 Membership of BI\/data science institutes preferred<\/p>\n<p>Kindly state the position that you are applying for as the subject.
