\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Direct integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential platforms.
\n\u2022 Lead the research and insights agenda to inform product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
\n\u2022 Manage the marketing budget and agency partnerships to ensure cost efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
\n\u2022 Drive cross-functional collaboration across the business to ensure marketing alignment with corporate priorities.
\n\u2022 Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to marketing activities and brand performance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
\n\u2022 A master\u2019s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in marketing and\/or communications.
\n\u2022 At least 5 years at a senior leadership level overseeing teams and strategy execution.
\n\u2022 Experience working with senior management and leading organizational change initiatives.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Membership in a recognized Marketing or Business professional body will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
