REPORTS TO: Head of Brand & Marketing<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Build and manage BTC\u2019s brand identity to ensure consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.
\n\u2022 Lead brand positioning and equity initiatives to drive top-of-mind awareness and long-term customer loyalty.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement brand strategy and communication plans that align with organizational goals.
\n\u2022 Monitor brand performance metrics and lead research initiatives to assess brand health and perception.
\n\u2022 Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and media to drive brand-building activities.
\n\u2022 Ensure effective brand governance and adherence to visual and messaging standards across departments<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related field.
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum of 6 years\u2019 experience in brand management or marketing strategy.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated success in leading high-impact brand campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Membership in a recognised professional marketing or branding body is required.<\/p>\n
