REPORTS TO: Head of Brand & Marketing<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaign performance across all BTC digital platforms.
\n\u2022 Generate marketing insights through data analytics to improve ROI and user engagement.
\n\u2022 Manage SEO\/SEM, paid search, and programmatic advertising efforts.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with content creators, designers, and media agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
\n\u2022 Provide regular reporting and dashboards for digital KPIs and recommend improvements.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with data protection and ethical marketing standards in digital initiatives<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, digital analytics, or performance marketing.
\n\u2022 Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, or related tools is an advantage.
\n\u2022 Membership of a professional body is an added advantage<\/p>\n
