REPORTS TO: Chief Human Capital Officer<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership in shaping and executing people strategies aligned with BTC\u2019s goals.
\n\u2022 Enhance workforce effectiveness through business-aligned HR solutions and data-informed\u00a0insights.
\n\u2022 Drive organizational development, change, and a high-performance culture across BTC.
\n\u2022 Champion talent, engagement, and transformation initiatives that build workforce capacity.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
\n\u2022 A master\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum 7 years of professional experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
\n\u2022 2 years of supervisory experience.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Membership of a professional HR association will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022 HR certification (e.g., HRBP, CIPD, SHRM) will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
