REPORTS TO: Head of Financial Accounting<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage sales inventory items, including physical airtime vouchers, handsets, and SIM cards, across all BTC sales channels.
\n\u2022 Oversee inventory of merchandising materials such as pens, T-shirts, keyrings, flyers, etc.
\n\u2022 Supervise stock levels and ensure accurate replenishment orders with suppliers.
\n\u2022 Monitor activation and distribution of airtime vouchers and SIM cards.
\n\u2022 Maintain and optimize the inventory management system for both sales and merchandising items.
\n\u2022 Drive compliance with regulatory and commercial standards.
\n\u2022 Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to manage inventory performance and availability.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum 6 years\u2019 experience in sales inventory and merchandise management.
\n\u2022 At least 3 years\u2019 experience implementing inventory management systems.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Full Professional Accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CA.
\n\u2022 Membership of a recognized professional accounting or inventory management body.<\/p>\n
