REPORTS TO: Investor Relations Manager<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support the development and execution of BTC\u2019s investor relations strategy to enhance stakeholder engagement.
\n\u2022 Prepare investor presentations, financial releases, and briefing documents for investor meetings and roadshows.
\n\u2022 Conduct peer benchmarking, financial analysis, and market research to inform investor communications.
\n\u2022 Monitor capital market trends, analyst coverage, and investor sentiment.
\n\u2022 Coordinate investor queries, maintain investor databases, and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
\n\u2022 Strong experience in financial modelling, capital markets, and stakeholder engagement.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 CFA, CPA, or similar professional qualification will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022 Membership in a recognized financial or investor relations body is preferred<\/p>\n
