REPORTS TO: Regional Head of Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n

ROLE PURPOSE<\/strong>
\nWe are looking for commercially driven and results-oriented Sales & Distribution Agents to lead and optimise BTC\u2019s direct and indirect sales channels. The role is central to driving regional revenue growth, strengthening dealer partnerships, and enhancing customer experience across all points of sale.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Manage and grow a portfolio of dealers, sub-dealers, POS, service points, and BTC shops.
\n\u2022 Conduct regular field visits to improve product visibility, availability, and sales performance.
\n\u2022 Drive sales growth through proactive partner engagement and order generation.
\n\u2022 Deliver training and coaching to partners and sales teams.
\n\u2022 Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and branding compliance.
\n\u2022 Analyse market intelligence and recommend targeted commercial initiatives.
\n\u2022 Ensure partner compliance with contractual obligations.
\n\u2022 Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree\/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in sales or commercial operations.
\n\u2022 Proven experience managing dealer networks and retail channels.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of trade marketing and route-to-market strategies.
\n\u2022 Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
\n\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Membership of a recognised professional association will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
