REPORTS TO: Store Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n

ROLE PURPOSE<\/strong>
\nThe Sales Advisor is responsible for driving revenue through customer acquisition, upselling, and service excellence, while ensuring efficient processing of customer requests and delivering exceptional in-store experience.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Sell and process BTC products and services across all channels.
\n\u2022 Provide first-line customer support and technical assistance.
\n\u2022 Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
\n\u2022 Process orders, billing, and system updates accurately.
\n\u2022 Ensure KYC compliance and proper customer data management.
\n\u2022 Manage cash handling, reconciliations, and daily reporting.
\n\u2022 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree\/Diploma in Business Administration or related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum 2 years\u2019 sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
\n\u2022 Strong customer service and communication skills.
\n\u2022 Basic technical understanding of telecom products.
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Membership of a recognised professional association will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
