{"id":49957,"date":"2026-08-20T16:08:52","date_gmt":"2026-08-20T14:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/btc.bw\/company\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=49957"},"modified":"2026-08-20T16:08:52","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T14:08:52","slug":"investor-relations-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/btc.bw\/company\/careers\/investor-relations-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>REPORTS TO: HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To provide professional input to the creation and maintenance of a BTC corporate strategy.<br \/>\n\u2022 To provide professional analysis and presentation of feedback to the company investors\u2019 perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts\u2019 positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.<br \/>\n\u2022 To ensure compliance with Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) Listings Requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 To manage all BTC investor relations initiatives within an agreed policy framework.<br \/>\n\u2022 To enhance investor confidence through effective communication and engagement, while supporting the achievement of long-term shareholder value.<br \/>\n\u2022 To provide timely investor, market and financial insights to support strategic decision-making by management and the Board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in Financial Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Six (6) years\u2019 experience in either investor relations, banking, asset management, or a financial analyst role.<br \/>\n\u2022 Three (3) years\u2019 managerial experience in an investor relations space is preferable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants are requested to clearly state the position they are applying for in the email subject line.
