REPORTS TO: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide strategic leadership and governance across all security domains.
\n\u2022 Provide oversight and guidance for Information Privacy and Information Security-related activities\u00a0within the organisation.
\n\u2022 Oversee physical security operations, access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
\n\u2022 Lead cyber and information security programs, ensuring integrity of enterprise systems and data.
\n\u2022 Direct security investigations, incident response, and evidence management.
\n\u2022 Develop and enforce robust security policies, standards, and risk mitigation frameworks.
\n\u2022 Partner closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, and national security agencies.
\n\u2022 Lead and coach multidisciplinary security teams and outsourced service providers.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Security Management, Cyber Security, IT, or related field.
\n\u2022 A Master\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum eight (8) years\u2019 experience leading multi-disciplinary security functions.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in managing investigations and responding to critical security incidents.
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CRISC, CPP, CGEIT or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer\/Auditor preferred.<\/p>\n
