REPORTS TO: TRAINING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER<\/strong>
\nOBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Deliver high-quality training to BTC employees in line with personal development plans, approved training priorities and organisational training plans.
\n\u2022 Conduct training needs analysis and identify appropriate training solutions that address current and future business requirements.
\n\u2022 Coordinate and administer internal and external training programmes, ensuring effective scheduling, logistics, resources and learner support.
\n\u2022 Develop and coordinate relevant training content in collaboration with subject matter experts and ensure effective transfer of learning.
\n\u2022 Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement of training solutions.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with BQA, HRDC and other relevant statutory requirements, while maintaining accurate training records and supporting effective training cost recovery.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration, Human Resources Development, Telecommunications or equivalent qualification.
\n\u2022 Teaching Certificate\/Diploma or equivalent.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 5 years\u2019 professional experience in developing training solutions.
\n\u2022 Previous experience in training coordination or training administrative support roles.
\n\u2022 Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.<\/p>\n

LEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/strong>
\n\u2022 BQA-compliant.
\n\u2022 Membership of a relevant professional association, e.g., CIPD.<\/p>\n
