Ensure that your Know Your Customer (KYC) information, including banking details, is up to date with your broker.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Inform your broker that you have unclaimed dividends. Your broker will <\/span>submit<\/span> your updated banking details to BTC.<\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: BTC is not <\/span><\/i><\/b>permitted<\/span><\/i><\/b> to collect or update KYC information directly from shareholders<\/span><\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t

  • Assign a reference ticket number for tracking purposes <\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/li>\n
