REPORTS TO: General Manager Enterprise Sales

Objectives of the Job

• Translate customers’ communications requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate technical inputs to the bid process and maintain relationships with
partner sales engineers for effective solution s and services design.
• Work with BTCL Technology and relationship managers to ensure that proposed
technical solutions are delivered.
• Ensure that all extensive customer installation projects are well coordinated with all
requisite resources availed timely and projects delivered to specifications; on time;
on budget and to customer ‘s expectations and satisfaction.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering; Information Technology; Computer Engineering
or equivalent.
Cisco Qualification will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years’ Experience of Sales Engineering in Telecommunications or ICT sectors
Project Management Experience
