REPORTS TO: Billing Operations Manager
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB

• To analyse business requirements, develop, test and implement new or revamped
products/services for BTC billing services.
• To coordinate operations, maintenance and support of PCAT and VAS systems.alarms for
all BTC assets.
• To be an expert and trusted advisor to BTC business teams in Product Catalogue (PCAT)
and Value Add Services (VAS)
• To support and implement PCAT & VAS projects; deployments, system changes,
upgrades and releases
• To develop and maintain knowledge base solution for PCAT and VAS issues
QUALIFICATION
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
• Five (5) years’ of working in an ITIL compliant environment in an emerging market environment.
• Experience in the management of the product catalogue and value added services area is
an added advantage.
LEGAL CERTIFICATION / PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
• ITIL
• PRINCE2
• UNIX/LINUX
• Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
