PROVISION OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

BTC invites reputable, experienced, and qualified vendors to express their interest in submitting a tender for the
Provision of Software Development Services for BTC. Interested parties should email BTC at the address provided
below.

Prequalification Requirements:

1. Experience & Capabilities
a) A comprehensive description of the project(s).
b) The year(s) the project(s) were executed.
c) The name(s) of the client(s).
d) The value of the project(s).
Interested parties should demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in successfully
carrying out software development works.
Three (3) letters of reference and contact details of referees must be provided for verification purposes.
References must not be older than one (1) year.
Interested Parties must provide detailed descriptions of at least three (3) similar projects where they have
designed, developed, tested, and deployed new software features or applications that meet best practice
industry standards. Each project description should include the following:

2. Tools of Trade

Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools:
• Javascript (Vanilla, Typescript), NodeJs
• Java (Spring boot & Quarkus)
• Golang, Python
• Frontend languages: React/ React Native, Angular, Ionic, Fluer.
Experience with telecommunications systems, APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Database and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is highly desirable.
• PostgreSQL
• Oracle
• MySQL
• MongoDB
Adherence to BTC’s coding standards, security protocols, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

2. Company registration Documents
3. One (1) page Bio and relevant professional certifications of the development team.

No additional documents are required at this stage.
