BTC invites reputable, experienced, and locally registered companies to express their interest in submitting a
tender for the MAINTENANCE OF BTC FIRE SYSTEMS. Interested parties should email BTC at the address
provided below.
Prequalification Requirements:
1. Experience & Capabilities

• Interested Parties must provide detailed descriptions of at least three similar projects undertaken within the
last five years in an organization of comparable size as BTC. Each project description should include the
following:
a)A comprehensive description of the project(s)
b)The year(s) the project(s) were executed.
c)The name(s) of the client(s)
d)The value of the project(s)

2. Bidders must have acquired the following PPRA codes:

i. Code 203 Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical subcode 04
ii. Code 145 Safety Health and Environment subcode 02

3. Proof of accreditation for standards/membership of fire systems bodies.

2.Company registration Documents
3.Company Profile
4.Three (3) Reference Letters
5.SHE policy

No additional documents are required at this stage.

Submission Instructions:

Interested parties should email their expressions of interest with the subject line:
“MAINTENANCE OF BTC FIRE SYSTEMS”.

• Deadline for Expression of Interest: Friday, 5th September 2025, by 16:00 hrs.

Additional Information:

Following the closure of the Expression of Interest, tender documents will be shared electronically with shortlisted
parties that meet the prequalification criteria.
