1. TRANSPORT LEAD ENGINEER
Reporting directly to the Field Network Manager, the incumbent will be supervising field engineering team for the implementation, operations, and maintenance of transport networks for transmission, antenna structures and access mobile systems and assist with the management of operational cost saving.

You will also be responsible for analysing Transport Network (Mobile) performance statistics on weekly basis and provide remedial action, monitor the automated and/or manual field force work allocation system and confirm that workloads are evenly distributed amongst the team, ensure closure of all completed work orders on the trouble ticketing systems/work management systems, manage Transport Networks preventative maintenance schedule and ensure timely completion and produce reports, ensuring full compliance with telecommunications regulations and competition laws.

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent coupled with five (5) years professional experience in transport network field engineering and field engineering supervision. The incumbent must be ERB Compliant and CCNA Certified. Membership of a professional association will be an added advantage (IEEE, BIE etc).

2. DATACOM ENGINEER
Reporting directly to the Data Operations Manager, the incumbent will be required to design and plan for new implementations, integrations on the IP Core, Metro and Broadband, design, plan and document security implementations and integrations on the IP Core, Metro and Broadband. You will develop and document configuration and troubleshooting templates for the networks and services including but not limited to MPLS, Metro-E, DNS, E-Mail and xDSL.

You will also guide and continuously review network performance and quality indicators at different layers of communication on the IP Core, Metro and Broadband networks.

You will implement network audit recommendations, adhere to MTTI and MTTR, produce root cause reports for P2 and major faults, develop, document, and adopt risk management framework and policies within the operating network IP Core, Metro and Broadband networks, build and manage relationships between stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, document the network and continuously update the network diagrams.

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent with five (5) years professional experience in DataCom networks. The incumbent must be ERB Compliant and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.

3. INNOVATION & VALUE-ADDED SERVICES Coordinator(s) (Consumer & Small Medium Enterprise SME)
These two positions will report to the Products Manager -Consumer and Product Manager- SME respectively, the incumbent(s) will be required to coordinate the development of products and services for the consumer segment as well as SME including but not limited to mobile services, fixed broadband services and converged products for both consumer and SME. The candidate(s) will develop a business case for products and services and coordinate the review of product options using the products governance procedures. They will commission market research and apply relevant marketing techniques to define product requirements.

They will manage the product launches, monitor new product performances, develop a product catalogue, produce sales collateral for the sales force to facilitate product launch as well as facilitate and carry out internal and external training on new products.

The ideal candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Marketing, Telecommunications or equivalent with five (5) years experience in the field of product development in a telecommunications environment. A New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification is a requirement. Membership of a relevant Professional Association will be an added advantage.
