REPORTS TO: Roaming Manager
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
– To coordinate expansion of the roaming footprint.
– Coordinate roaming activities with Partner Operators and BTC internal teams.
– Maintain accurate roaming information on BTC Intranet and GSM Info Centre
– Coordinate implementation and testing of MMS IW& SMS IW services.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Business or related field.
• Specialist training in Telecommunications
EXPERIENCE
• Two (2) years’ experience in an international roaming role.
LEGAL CERTIFICATION / PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
• Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
