In her current role as Chief Enterprise Sales Officer at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC), Sefalana oversees the Corporation’s enterprise business, including public sector, corporate, and private segments. She is responsible for driving revenue growth, customer value management, and digital enablement across BTC’s enterprise portfolio.

Mr. Disho is a seasoned Human Capital professional who brings with him over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic human resource management, gained from leadership roles in premier institutions including Absa Bank Botswana and Stanbic Bank. His career is marked by a strong track record in designing and executing people’s strategies that drive business performance, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. Mr Disho served as Acting HR Director, where he successfully spearheaded key initiatives in organizational design, culture transformation, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, reward, and employee experience.

He has deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, interfacing with boards, regulatory authorities, trade unions, and executive leadership. In his most recent role as Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Absa Bank, Mr. Disho led a comprehensive human capital agenda spanning various business units, including Markets, Business Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Credit, Treasury, and Finance.

Mr. Disho holds an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Botswana, and is a Fellow Member of the Human Resource Professional Society of Botswana and the Institute of People Management. He is a certified HR Strategic Business Partner and a respected thought leader in human capital strategy, talent development, and change management.

Mike Siachitema is an accomplished telecommunications executive with nearly 15 years of experience spanning leading operators across Africa, including Airtel, Liquid Intelligent Technologies, and MTN. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving customer-centric innovation, bold brand repositioning, and strategic segmentation; consistently delivering growth-focused marketing strategies that unlock value and deepen customer engagement.

In his current role as Chief Marketing Officer at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC), Mike will oversee marketing across Mobile, Home Broadband, SME, Public Sector, Enterprise, and Fintech segments. He is tasked with accelerating digital adoption, expanding financial inclusion, and repositioning BTC as Botswana’s leading digital lifestyle brand. His strategic priorities include strengthening enterprise solutions, enhancing youth engagement, and crafting differentiated go-to-market strategies that reinforce BTC’s competitive edge in a rapidly evolving telecoms landscape.
