REPORTS TO: General Manager Marketing

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
• To provide professional brand strategy that will deliver shareholder value. (Create, maintain organizational brand strategy).
• To manage brand execution and management as well as marketing communication activities.
• To support General Manager Marketing in developing a marketing plan by providing professional brand equity development.
• To Manage all marketing communications including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and commercial sponsorships.
• To plan, coordinate and evaluate all marketing campaigns on behalf of marketing.
• To plan and manage industry forums and corporate events.
• To ensure that BTC Conforms to investor expectations and provide relevant timely briefings.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, social sciences, media studies or equivalent.
• Masters’ Degree will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• 9 years’ professional experience in marketing sphere, ideally in marketing communications, brand management, digital content marketing and social media marketing.
• Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP).

LEGAL CERTIFICATION / PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP

• Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
